Brian Oake is a radio broadcast personality in the Minneapolis, Minnesota radio market. Oake currently is a co-host of the KCMP-FM (89.3 FM) program Oake and Riley in the Morning.

Oake's credits include work on previous Twin Cities radio formats, Rev105 and Zone105. In 1998, City Pages listed Oake as the "Best FM Radio Personality" for his work on Zone 105. He also performed as a breakdancer in the 1980's under the street name, "Trick."

He also hosts a late show after Jake Rudh's Transmission on Thursdays from 11pm-2am.

Oake was an occasional guest on local sports-talk station FM 100.3 KFAN to talk about music, as both KTCZ and KFAN are owned by Clear Channel Communications.

On December 18, 2015, Oake announced that, after fourteen and a half years, he would be leaving 97.1 FM. He shared that he has "an opportunity" in the coming year without divulging details. He suggested that he and Keri knew his last day was coming. Finally, he stated that he was leaving on his own terms.
On January 6, 2016, Minnesota Public Radio's music service, 89.3 The Current, announced that Brian Oake would be taking over the morning drive show effective March 7, 2016. In the interim he would be hosting on Friday afternoons from 2-6pm effective immediately.
