Mbongeni Theo Mbonambi (born (1991-01-07)7 January 1991) is a South African rugby union footballer. His position is hooker. He currently represents the Stormers in Super Rugby, having previously played for the Blue Bulls. He made his senior debut during the 2012 Super Rugby season against the Crusaders in Pretoria.
