Bodrai Thanda is a village in Dornakal Mandal, Mahabubabad district in the Indian state of Telangana. It is near to Khammam town (about 20 km) and Dornakal Railway Junction also (18 km).

Demographics

The population is nearly about 2000. The village consists of 7 smaller settlements, Somla Nayak", "Bandam Kommu", "Gugulothu", "Jogya", "Chatru", "Azmeera" and "Medichettu". They were established by Mangthi Nayak. He also participated in the independence movement. Somla Nayak was the son of Mangthi Nayak. He participated in the establishment of "Bodrai" (central stone of the village).

The village formed Sree Ram Youth Association in 2006. The association participates in village development activities
