Blaise Winter (born January 31, 1962) is an American football coach and former player. He has experienced hearing loss since childhood and remains deaf in one ear. He worked for one season as the defensive line coach for the University of Central Florida Knights, and previously played for the Indianapolis Colts, the Green Bay Packers, and the San Diego Chargers.

Blaise is now an inspirational speaker, visiting high school football programs in the Midwest. He has recently visited Menominee High school, and junior high school in Menominee Michigan. He has inspired many Aces. Winter is the nephew of the Austrian-American intellectual Ernst Florian Winter. Blaise has most recently visited Wayland Cohocton High School in Wayland, NY in April 2017.
