Bisalpur is a city and as well as a municipal board situated in the Pilibhit district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. The picturesque place has lush green meadows scattered all around. Bisalpur is largest Assembly seat of Pilibhit .it also famous for temple gulashwar nath that was made by kunti in mahabharat kal. here is also a lot of education spot like S.R.M.
