Career
Bijori acted her first drama, Shukher Chharpotro, in 1988. It was directed by her father, Barkatullah. After a long break she then acted in the drama serial Kothao Keu Nei. Later she acted in Megh Kalo with Mahfuz Ahmed, directed by Abdus Sattar. She acted in a play based on the movie Jibon Theke Neya by Zahir Raihan.
Bijori is also engaged in modeling and dancing.
Personal life
Bijori married Intekhab Dinar, another Bangladeshi actor, on April 14, 2013. She was previously married to Shawkat Ali Emon, a music director, from 1995 until 2012. They have a daughter – Urbana Showkot.
