As of 2001 India census, Bhadarsa had a population of 11,369. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Bhadarsa has an average literacy rate of 55%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 58% of the males and 42% of females literate. 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Bhadarsa is situated on Faizabad-Allahabad highway, which is one of the most revered towns of the region of erstwhile Awadh, distance between Faizabad and Bhadarsa 15KM Via Bharatkund.

About

Bhadarsa is a town and a nagar panchayat in Faizabad district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Bhadarsa also known as a town where muslim Zamidari (landlord ship) is still alive. The first muslim Zamindar was Mr. Nasir Husain Naqvi, and also he was the first Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa. He was the most prominent personality of the town.
