Bajna is a small village located at an elevation of 934 meters on the Shinkiari – Baffa road (which itself connects with the Karakoram Highway at both ends), at a picturesque lush green spot in Mansehra District at a distance of about 20 km from Mansehra city. It has sun clean and healthy environment close to nature. The area abounds in numerous natural springs of pure water, pine trees and farming area famous for its profuse vegetable production. Main occupation of the people living here is teaching and farming. A river named Darya-e-Siran flow by the village that made it more attractive. There is a beautiful cricket ground by that river. People of Bajna are well educated; there is Government High School for Boys and Middle school for Girls, which will be upgraded to High school very soon. Bajna is also surrounding with hills.
