With this release, it was the second time that an album had included Culture Club's biggest hits, following This Time – The First Four Years.

While it features most of Boy George's hit singles from his career up to that point, the album doesn't include hits such as "The War Song" (UK #2), "Mistake No.3", "The Medal Song" and "To Be Reborn" (UK #13).
