Born in West London, his mother Erin Pizzey was the founder of the Women's Refugee Movement. He began his career in music at the age of 13, and was recognized for his vocal talent by Boy George. At the age of 14, he joined George’s band, Culture Club, and two years later signed his first international contract with Richard Branson at Virgin Records.

Over the next two decades, Pizzey signed with various record labels, and was also producing and remixing music for artists such as Madonna, George Michael, Boy George and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It was during this time that he forged a close relationship with Jeremy Healy. The two had a series of hit records and created the multi-platform entertainment concept known as ‘Bleachin’, which tells the story of inner city club culture through film, fashion, art, music and photography.

Pizzey and Healy went on to sign this project with BMG Records, and were consequently photographed by Annie Leibovitz for American Vogue at the request of John Galliano. In the year 2000, Pizzey became a founding partner of London’s Met Bar, which became a global center for outstanding artists.

In 2005, Pizzey was approached by the CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi UK to serve as the Founder and Creative Director of GUM (Global Urban Media) at Saatchi. GUM was one of the first branded content companies inside an international ad agency- connecting the youth market with global brands and Entertainment Icons. During his three-year tenure there, Pizzey worked with corporations and clients like Procter & Gamble, Atlantic Records, Diageo and X Box and was responsible for developing numerous multi-platform brand campaigns as well as brokering entertainment and advertising deals.

During this time, Pizzey was working closely with Myspace for Saatchi and realized that the online community and social networking sites that had dramatically increased in popularity over the past few years lacked a purely creative destination where artists could create, collaborate, and liberate their talents together. In 2008 Pizzey started to develop the concept of an “open source creative” online platform. He then left Saatchi & Saatchi, raised capital, and relocated to the West Coast of America where he founded Talenthouse.com, ‘The Worlds Open Source Creative Department’, which he launched from Silicon Valley and Los Angeles in 2009.

Talenthouse.com, the platform, hosts open source creative briefs that generate on brand and on brief content at scale for its clients, while creating multiple life changing opportunities for millennial talent. The platform to date has launched over 1000 create briefs online with over 300 international icons ranging from U2, Paul McCartney, Tom Ford, Dolce and Gabbana, Luc Besson, Naomi Campbell, Lady Gaga and Dr. Dre and global brand partners like Adidas, Intel, Air Bnb, Vice, Macy’s, Time Inc, UMG, Fox Films, Warner Bros, Microsoft, etc…

As Founder, Co-CEO, Chief Creative Officer and Board Member, Amos has been responsible for bringing in and brokering major partnerships from brands to icons while raising over 30M of capital funding for Talenthouse.

He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, the BBC Broadcaster and Presenter Lisa I'Anson and their two children.
