Arthur Buckler (24 April 1882 — 19 March 1921 (aged 38)) birth registered in Newport district, was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s and '10s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for Salford, as a prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums, his death was registered in Newport district.
