Professional career
After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, Woods signed with the Tennessee Titans on May 1, 2016. He was released on September 3, 2016, and was signed to the Titans' practice squad the next day. He was promoted to the active roster on December 28, 2016. In one game of his rookie year, Woods recorded three tackles.
