Anouk De Clercq (born 1971) is a Belgian multimedia artist.

She was born in Ghent and studied music theory and piano there and film at the Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brussel. In 2003, she received an award from the Future Imprint International Animation Competition in Taipei. De Clercq has also received the International Backup Award New Media in Film at Weimar in 2005 and the Illy Prize at Art Brussels in 2005. She lives in Berlin and teaches at the KASK School of Arts of the University College in Ghent.

Her work has been exhibited at the Tate Modern, at the Whitechapel Gallery, at the Centre Georges Pompidou, at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, at transmediale, at Ars Electronica and at the Biennale de l’Image en Mouvement.
