Anne-Sophie Barthet (born 23 February 1988 in Toulouse) is a French alpine skier and soldier. She competed for France at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics.

Her best Olympic result was a 14th-place in the giant slalom in 2014. She has five top tens on the World Cup (three in slalom, one in giant slalom and one in super combined), with her best result being a third place podium finish in super combined at Soldeu in 2016.

During the Aspen downhill on 8 December 2007 she had a heavy fall and had dislocated her knee. She only went back to competition eleven months after.
