Anant English School (Nepali: अनन्त अङ्ग्रेजी बिद्यालय) also known as AES , Anant English Secondary School or Anant Secondary School or Ananta School was established in 1992, (2048 B.S.) . It lies in Anant Chowk of Siddhipur, Mahalaxmi Municipality,in the district of Lalitpur It is a secondary and privately owned school with approximately 400 pupils. The school has already produced more than 500 SLC graduates students since 2058 BS .

The school was founded by Principal Gopal Prasad Ghimire (गोपाल प्रसाद घिमिरे), SMC Chairman Mahanta Bahadur Maharjan (महन्त बहादुर महर्जन )with other intellectuals in 1992. This year the school is celebrating its Silver Jubilee as the school has completed 25 years with the slogan "25 years of Quality Education Service"
With earthquakes not uncommon in the area, the school buildings have been constructed so as to be able to withstand earthquake tremors.
