Albert Boadella

Albert Boadella Oncins (born Barcelona, Spain, 1943) is a Spanish actor, director and playwright and one of the founders of the well-known theatre company Els Joglars.

In his youth he participated in left wing and Catalanist politics against the Franco regime. Today he is an outspoken critic of Catalan independentism and of the Catalonia's government's language policy. He has also promoted the political platform of Ciutadans de Catalunya.
