Aiysha Hart is an English screenwriter and actress best known for her leading roles as Ariadne in the BBC drama series Atlantis and Mona in independent thriller, Honour. She also plays DC Sam Railston in Line of Duty. In September 2017 it was announced that she'd been cast as Miriam in Sky 1's adaptation of "A Discovery of Witches".

Early life and education
Hart has mixed parentage; British and Saudi. She lived in the Middle-East for a while during her childhood, but grew up in Surrey, England. She gained a first-class degree in English Literature from King's College London before commencing post-graduate drama training.
