Early years

Hall went to Angleton High School in Angleton, Texas. He served in the United States Marine Corps between 1998 and 2002 as a field radio operator and earned the rank of Sergeant while deployed in Afghanistan for a tour of duty prior to walking on the football program at the University of Texas.
College career

He played fullback for The University of Texas Longhorns college football team; including their 2005 National Championship Team.
Tennessee Titans

Hall played in 14 games his rookie season, rushing seven times for a total of 21 yards. He caught 15 balls, for 138 yards. Ahmard also played on special teams, making five tackles.
