On 27 September 2013, Mehremić signed half-year contract with option to buy with Slovak club MFK Ružomberok.
In March 2014 Mehremić joined the Latvian Higher League club FK Spartaks Jūrmala on a one-year contract.
In January 2015 Mehremić signed a one-year deal with the Czech National Football League club MFK Frýdek-Místek.
