Over 23,000 people are employed by ADEN Services worldwide, with 25 nationalities being represented. The majority of employees (20,000) are based in Mainland China where the company has over 850 clients which are served by 34 local branches. Other countries served include Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Nigeria, Guinea and Mozambique. History

Founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 1997 by French entrepreneur Joachim Poylo (now President & Group CEO), ADEN Services was established to provide facility management services to companies in Asia. In 1999, ADEN Services expanded to Mainland China and established its Remote Site Division in 2000. In the early 2000s, local branches were opened in Suzhou and Qingdao, China and the total workforce rose to over 5,000. From 2008 to 2010 ADEN Services provided services for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo, with 12,000 employees worldwide. and expanded further into Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. In 2013, Joachim Poylo, was invited to participate to France China foundation "Young Leaders" program, a Sino-French initiative that aims at fostering lasting relationships and friendships between France and China. In 2014, ADEN Services has teamed up with French green design institute ALTEREA to provide energy services.

Integrated Management Solutions

  • Security & Risk Management: security management planning, trainings, business intelligence services, operational security (event security, protection, CCTV remote monitoring, crisis support), security systems, guard recruitment and placement, security expert placement and a whistleblowing hotline. Services specifically related to security systems are also offered including security system engineering and consulting, installation of CCTV, security alarms, access control, and system maintenance, fleet vehicle GPS tracking and remote monitoring of the systems operated by an Operations Command Center.
  • Maintenance & Technical services: Both on-site and off-site (callout) employees can provide maintenance for plants and factories, commercial buildings, R&D centers, airports, schools / universities, hospitals and hotels.
  • Energy Efficiency and Green Workplace solutions
  • Cleaning & Hygiene: both regular and periodic cleaning as well as specialized cleaning, industrial cleaning and housekeeping services.
  • Food service (catering) for company cafeterias/canteens, business meetings and large events. Specific concepts have been created such as “The Market” (food court restaurant) and “Mini-Mart” (convenience store).
  • Handling equipment outsourcing solutions (Forklift, Cleaning machines, etc.)
  • HR Management solutions (Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Headhunting, Talent placement, labor dispatch, payroll outsourcing, consulting & training)
  • Remote site management: support services including those here above mentioned are offered, as well as camp procurement, camp construction and camp management, remote sites including construction projects, mines and oil & gas facilities.
