Acraea rangatana is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Ethiopia.

The larvae feed on Nesaea pediculata, Alchemilla gracilipes and Rotola species.
