Acacia stipuligera is a tree or shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to a large area in the Northern Territory and the Kimberley and Pilbara regions of Western Australia.

The tree or shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 4 metres (3 to 13 ft). It blooms from May to September producing yellow flowers.
