Acacia sciophanes, commonly known as the Ghost wattle or Wundowlin wattle, is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to a small area in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.
The wispy shrub typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 3 metres (5 to 10 ft). It blooms from September to November and produces yellow flowers.
