Acacia ridleyana is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Wheatbelt and Mid West regions of Western Australia.

The spreading sprawling shrub typically grows to a height of 0.2 to 0.9 metres (1 to 3 ft). It blooms from August to December and produces yellow flowers.
