Acacia rhodophloia is a tree or shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to a large area in the Northern Territory and the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West and Kimberley regions of Western Australia.

The tree or shrub typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 4 metres (5 to 13 ft). It has Minni ritchi bark and blooms from May to October producing yellow flowers.
