Acacia oxyclada is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Mid West and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia.

The spreading to erect spinescent shrub typically grows to a height of 0.1 to 1.0 metre (0.3 to 3.3 ft). It blooms from August to October and produces yellow flowers.
