Acacia lineolata is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Wheatbelt, Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The open-branched shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2 metres (2 to 7 ft). It blooms from June to September and produces yellow flowers.

There are two recognised subspecies:
