Acacia ligustrina is a shrub or tree belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Mid West and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia.

The spreading shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 3.5 metres (4.9 to 11.5 ft) and produces yellow flowers from August to October.
