Acacia latifolia is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to several small areas in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The spindly erect shrub typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 5 metres (5 to 16 ft). It blooms from July to August producing yellow flowers.
