Acacia laricina is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the southern Wheatbelt, Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.25 to 0.5 metres (0.8 to 1.6 ft) and produces cream-yellow flowers from October to November.

There are two recognized varieties:
