Acacia jibberdingensis is a shrub or tree belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to an area in the Mid West, Wheatbelt and Goldfields regions of Western Australia.

The shrub or tree is slender and erect typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 7 metres (5 to 23 ft). It blooms from June to October producing yellow flowers.
