Acacia intricata is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The dense, compact and prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.15 to 0.5 metres (0.5 to 1.6 ft) and produces yellow flowers from July to September.
