Acacia imparilis is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

The erect pungent shrub typically grows to a height of 0.2 to 0.5 metres (0.7 to 1.6 ft) and produces cream-yellow flowers in October.
