Acacia hamersleyensis is a tree or shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to an area in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The spindly preading tree or shrub typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 5 metres (5 to 16 ft). It blooms from July to August producing yellow flowers.
