Acacia grisea is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Pulchellae. It is native to an area in the Wheatbelt and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.
The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.1 to 0.6 metres (0.3 to 2.0 ft). It blooms from June to August and produces yellow flowers.
