Acacia dilatata is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Mid West, Wheatbelt and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 0.7 metres (1 to 2 ft). It blooms from November to February and produces yellow flowers.
