Acacia aciphylla is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to the Mid West region of Western Australia.

The shrub is prickly and bushy typically growing to a height of 0.6 to 1.8 metres (2 to 6 ft). It flowers from July to September producing yellow flowers. The plant will grown in sandy, loamy and lateritic soils and on granite outcrops and rocky ridges.

Two varieties are recognized :
