Abel Issa Camará (born 6 January 1990) is a Bissau-Guinean professional footballer who plays for Portuguese club C.F. Os Belenenses as a forward.

Born in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau, Camará finished his football grooming with C.F. Os Belenenses in Portugal. In the 2009–10 season he made his senior debuts, playing with Lisbon neighbours C.F. Estrela da Amadora on loan, in the third division.
