The 750th Bombardment Squadron is an inactive United States Air Force unit. It was last assigned to the 457th Bombardment Group, stationed at Sioux Falls Army Air Field, South Dakota. It was inactivated on 28 August 1945.

History
Established as a B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber squadron, it trained under Second Air Force. Deployed to England in late 1943, it was assigned to VIII Bomber Command. From 1944-1945, it engaged in strategic bombardment campaign of Nazi Germany and Occupied Europe. At the end of the war, personnel demobilized in the United Kingdom and returned to the United States. The squadron was reassigned to Second Air Force and programmed for B-29 Superfortress training. No personnel or aircraft assigned as a result of the end of war with Japan.
