Contents
First Round
13 Junior clubs were entered into this round by a draw. Byes were given to 7 of these clubs. Winners progress to the Second Round.
Second Round
The 3 winners from the First Round join the 7 clubs who received byes.
Third Round
The 5 winners from the Second Round join the top 5 teams from the 2013–14 Leinster Senior League Senior Division.
Fourth Round
The League of Ireland teams enter the competition.
