Premier Division

The Premier Division featured four new teams:

  • Bath City, promoted as runners-up of in Division One South
  • Burton Albion, promoted as runners-up of Division One North
  • Stourbridge, promoted as champions of Division One North
  • Wealdstone, promoted as champions of Division One South

    Football League elections

    Alongside the four League clubs facing re-election, a total of 12 non-League clubs applied for election, eight of which were Southern League clubs. All the League clubs were re-elected.

    Division One North

    Division One featured two new teams:

  • Bedford Town and Worcester City, relegated from the Premier Division
