1012 Sarema is an asteroid. It was discovered by German astronomer Karl Wilhelm Reinmuth on January 12, 1924. Its provisional designation was 1924 PM. It was named after a character in a poem by Aleksandr Pushkin, made into the opera Sarema by Alexander von Zemlinsky.
