Zverinogolovsky District (Russian: Звериноголовский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Kurgan Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,400 square kilometers (540 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Zverinogolovskoye. Population: 9,518 (2010 Census); 11,755 (2002 Census). The population of Zverinogolovskoye accounts for 42.7% of the district's total population.
