Publication history
Zuri was created by Christopher Priest and Mark Texeira and first appeared in Black Panther Vol. 3 #1 (November 1998).
Fictional character biography
Zuri was one of King T'Challa (Black Panther)'s many warriors that fought for Wakanda.
Despite his old age he possessed enhanced strength and was a master of armed and unarmed combat. He was killed by Morlun alongside W'Kabi.
In other media
Zuri will appear in the upcoming film Black Panther, portrayed by Forest Whitaker.
