Zulkarnain Zakaria (born 15 November 1982) is an Malaysian professional football referee.

Refereeing career
In 2011, he started his career as a fourth official in numerous matches of the Premier League and Super League. He became a professional referee since 2015.
He made his officiate debut in 2015 Premier League matches, between UiTM FC and Sabah on 20 February 2015, with results end with a 2–1 win for UiTM.
