Zoran Stojković (Serbian Cyrillic: Зоран Стојковић) (born 7 October 1946) is a Serbian politician who served as Minister of Justice in the cabinet of Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Koštunica, from 2004 until 2007.

Stojković graduated from the University of Belgrade's Law School and initially worked as district court judge. Better known for his role in political trial in Belgrade 1984, which was described by Amnesty International as "The Last Stalinistic Show-Trial in Eastern Europe". In the late 1980s he began a private law practice. Stojković is one of the people who founded the Democratic Party of Serbia, and the Serbian election committee employed him for several elections. He is married and has two children.
