Zhonghe Town (simplified Chinese: 中和镇; traditional Chinese: 中和鎮; pinyin: Zhonghe Zhen) is an urban town in Liuyang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China. As of the 2000 census it had a population of 21,010 and an area of 152.55 square kilometers.

The town is divided into 7 villages and 2 communities, the following areas: Cangfang Community, Yashan Community, Dingziqiao Village, Qingjiang Village, Zhonghe Village, Chang'an Village, Shanzaotan Village, Xiaojiang Village, and Jianghe Village (苍坊社区和雅山社区，丁字桥村、清江村、中和村、长安村、山枣潭村、小江村和江河村).
