Zero Point Interchange is th South Asia's largest interchange. The project is designed by Engineering Consultant Int.(Pvt.)Ltd. The construction work started on 11 September 2008. The interchange was formally inaugurated in July 2011 by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani, though construction work on a loop was still in progress. Construction of Interchange was completed in 2012 The project cost about PKR 4 billion (Ilyas Ali)
