History
The company was established in 1993, starting as a housing agent specialized in commercial property transactions in China. Today it becomes a leading local company mainly focusing on commercial real estate consulting.
Services
Zaihang offers advisory and consultancy services in real estate development, management and investment, as well as consulting and research (market analysis). In recent years it is engaged in some priority projects in China such as Expo 2010 in Shanghai, City Central Plaza in Suzhou, Shanghai Qingpu Outlet mall and Shanghai South Railway Station. The company publish its own works from 2002. Notably Commercial Property Investment, which is considered the first book ever published in this field in China. Zaihang also releases Shanghai annual property rent statistics jointly with Shanghai Municipal Commercial Affairs Bureau.
