Early life

Bova was born in Junction City, Kansas but grew up in Denver, Colorado. At 18 she joined the U.S. Air Force where she served for 13 and a half years.

Bodybuilding career

Yvette Bova began training in bodybuilding four years prior to her first competition, which was in 1996. She retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2006, following the National Physique Committee Nationals.

Contest Background

Yvette has won several bodybuilding titles in Seoul, Korea.
